MIN FORSKNING

PUBLICERINGER

Mine forskningsresultater offentliggøres i bøger og artikler.

Sammen med Cécile Pelaudeix, Aarhus Universitet og Natalia Loukacheva, University of Northern British Columbia, Canada, har jeg skrevet en artikel med titlen ”Openness, Transparency and Public Participation in the Governance of Uranium Mining in Greenland:  a Legal and Political Track Record”, der er under publicering i det international tidskrift ‘Polar Record’, som udgives af Cambridge University ( https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/polar-record)

Aktuel er jeg bl.a. i færd med at skrive et kapitel bidrag til INTRALaw-bogen ”The effect of transnational tendencies on law: Legal actors and legitimacy”. Mit bidrag bærer titlen “Transnational Law in the Danish/Greenlandic Arctic Marine Area”.

MY RESEARCH

The impact of globalisation on the institutional framework – including regulatory design and instruments – within climate, environment and energy – is my main research project. Research is carried out in collaboration with colleagues at the Department of Law, where we have established the research group INTRAlaw. Developments in The Arctic have my special interest.

PUBLICATIONS

My research is published in books and articles.

I have an article under publication in the international journal ‘Polar Record’ ( https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/polar-record) with the title ”Openness, Transparency and Public Participation in the Governance of Uranium Mining in Greenland:  a Legal and Political Track Record” together with Cécile Pelaudeix, Aarhus University, and Natalia Loukacheva, University of Northern British Columbia, Canada.

I am currently working on a chapter to an INTRALaw-book titled ”The effect of transnational tendencies on law: Legal actors and legitimacy”. My chapter is titled “Transnational Law in the Danish/Greenlandic Arctic Marine Area”.
